After Care

Brows

It is very important that you do not let any water, lotion, soap, or makeup touch your eyebrow area during the first 14 days after your procedure.

The following must be avoided during all 14 days post microblading & ombre/powder brow procedure:

AFTERCARE INSTRUCTIONS FOR 2 WEEKS: (wash your hands prior to touching any products, and use cotton swabs to apply product)

We will provide you with the items you need to keep your brows clean and hydrated. If you run out, please contact us.

Immediately following your appointment, you will dab your brows with the aftercare wipes we’ve provided every hour until bedtime.

Right before bed, please apply a pea sized amount of ointment to your brows.

The next day and for the next several days, you will cleanse your brows morning and night with a damp paper towel.

You will also apply your ointment 3-4 times daily. DO NOT allow your brows to become very dry or itchy.

Please wash your face carefully around the eyebrow without getting water on the treated area.

While in the shower, please do NOT submerge your face in water.

When sleeping we recommend laying on your back to avoid applying pressure on your brows and to keep them free of debris.

Itching and flaking may appear around days 5-8 post procedure. However, experience has shown that by following these aftercare instructions, these symptoms may quickly disappear.

Immediately after the scabbing period, color may appear very light, please rest assured that the color will darken again as the skin slowly regenerates and seals over the 4 week complete healing period. If it does not, a 4-8 week touchup may be necessary.

DURING THIS TIME OF COVID-19, PLEASE BE MINDFUL OF THE TYPE OF MASK YOU’RE WEARING. WE RECOMMEND USING THE N95 MASK TO AVOID MOISTURE FROM YOUR BREATH TRAVELING TO YOUR FACE ALL DAY. WE’VE NOTICED ISSUES WITH RETENTION FOR THOSE NOT UTILIZING THIS TYPE OF MASK.

If you have any unexpected problems with the healing of the skin, please contact us immediately to discuss further instructions.
