With henna shades for all hair colors, this service is the perfect tool for those not yet ready for permanent makeup, as it provides you with a beautiful, full looking brow (how full is up to you) that is low maintenance and lasts for weeks.
Adding color to both your brow hair and skin, henna is used to create a custom color and shape that lasts approximately 2 weeks on skin and 4-6 weeks on hair.
Please DO NOT book this service if you’re allergic to the ingredients in darker shades of hair dye, as the chemical composition is near the same. Should you want a patch test to determine sensitivity, please contact us to schedule the appointment.
EYEBROW TINT
Henna: approximately 45 minutes
Tint: approximately 15-20 minutes
Tweezing: 15 minutes
Waxing: 15 minutes
Threading: 10-15 minutes
Henna lasts approximately 2 weeks on skin and 4-6 weeks on eyebrow hair.
Tint lasts approximately 2 weeks.
Longevity of the color for both services will be determined by your skin type (oily skin will make all color fade faster) and your skin care routine.
We cannot make guarantees about what may or may not have a negative impact on your eyebrow hair. Generally speaking, henna nor tint contain ingredients that will negatively impact the hair or hair shaft.
We use several different high end brands of henna and tints. Should you require a copy of the MSDS, we can provide that to you by request.
If your brow hairs are healthy, losing hairs is unlikely. We cannot, however, make any promises regarding how healthy your hair will remain post service.
It is imperative that you follow the aftercare instructions to reduce any chance of damage to your brow hairs.
Lamination can last up to 4 weeks. Brow serums or gentle clear gel are recommended to keep your shape in place
The lamination appointment is 25 minutes. Any additional henna, tint or shaping can add another 10-45 minutes.

COLOR LAB NYC’S CANCELLATION POLICY
A debit or credit card is required to reserve an appointment and will be charged at least 50% of the cost of the service to reserve your selected appointment date and time. This booking fee is non-refundable but is transferable should you provide at least 48 hours notice for cancellations. Anything less than 48 hours notice will be subject to forfeiture of the booking fee.
COLOR LAB NYC’S LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
While we understand life happens, we are only able to give a 15 minute grace period should you be running late, and your service time will be reduced by 15 minutes where possible. Please understand we must be respectful of our other clients’ time, as well as, our own personal time. Arriving more than 15 minutes late will be considered a no-show and you will be subject to our cancellation policy above. Thank you for your understanding.
NO CHILDREN OR ADDITIONAL GUESTS ALLOWED DURING YOUR APPOINTMENTS
Our goal is to always provide a peaceful, loving environment, so please adhere to the no children or additional guests guidelines, as we must strictly enforce this to ensure the tranquility of our boutique spa space for all guests receiving services.
