Our lash lift services offer you the opportunity to wake up with beautiful long, curled lashes without all of the fuss of a lash curler and clumpy mascara in a short 45 minute service!
Your artist will use silicone rods placed on the lids in combination with nourishing lifting lotions to lift and curl your natural lashes with results lasting up to 12 weeks! Best yet…you can swim and get them wet in the shower without damaging your lift!

Combine the lash lift with a tint to create bold lashes without the hassle of applying and removing mascara!

Do not book the Lift or Lift & Tint services if you are allergic to latex. Additionally, if you have any sensitivities to dye or sensitive skin in general, please call and discuss this with us before booking this service, as a patch test with the product may be necessary prior to booking. A lash lift involves your artist applying products to your natural lashes in order to curl them
Lash extensions involve your artist applying individual lashes to each one of your healthy eyelashes to add the appearance of a longer, fuller set of eyelashes.
Your artist will assess your natural eye shape, eyelash health, and desired look, then apply individual eyelashes to your lashes with a specially formulated glue that will adhere the lash extensions to your natural lashes.
With all elective beauty services comes risks. We use high quality products from reputable companies, but there is always an inherent risk with anything we do.
If your lashes are healthy, they should not fall out. Making sure you follow the aftercare instructions listed on our website will assist with keeping your eyelashes healthy and hydrated.
Should you experience an allergic reaction or irritation after leaving our studio, we advise you to seek medical attention immediately.
Lash glue has the potential to contain latex in the product.
Lash extensions can last several weeks, but the major determining factors are your lash growth cycle (lashes grow and fall out on their own at different intervals of time), lifestyle, and at home aftercare routine.
Eyelash extension fill in services are available. Please see the description above.
Lash lifts are designed to keep your lashes curled for several weeks. Very straight or thick lash hairs may be on the lower end of the lift cycle with about 4 weeks, while thinner, more pliable lashes may last up to 12 weeks.
Tint can last up to 2 weeks when aftercare instructions are adhered to
We use several different high end brands of lashes, glues, tints, and lifts. Should you require a copy of the MSDS, we can provide that to you by request.
- No steam on the lashes for 24 hours.
- No water on your lashes for 24 hours.
- No oil based products on your lashes.
- No waterproof mascara. Ever.
- Be careful with how you sleep for the first 48 hours, as side and stomach sleepers need to avoid cruising their lashes, as this will cause the lift to drop.

Applying eyeliner and makeup on your lashes will cause them to break down faster, especially if not properly cleaned daily.
How To Prepare For Your Appointment
- No alcohol 24 hours prior to your appointment
- No caffeine the day of your appointment (coffee, tea, colas)
- Do Not book you appointment during:
-important meetings
-major events
-Your birthday celebration
-Right before travelling

COLOR LAB NYC’S CANCELLATION POLICY
A debit or credit card is required to reserve an appointment and will be charged at least 50% of the cost of the service to reserve your selected appointment date and time. This booking fee is non-refundable but is transferable should you provide at least 48 hours notice for cancellations. Anything less than 48 hours notice will be subject to forfeiture of the booking fee.
COLOR LAB NYC’S LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
While we understand life happens, we are only able to give a 15 minute grace period should you be running late, and your service time will be reduced by 15 minutes where possible. Please understand we must be respectful of our other clients’ time, as well as, our own personal time. Arriving more than 15 minutes late will be considered a no-show and you will be subject to our cancellation policy above. Thank you for your understanding.
NO CHILDREN OR ADDITIONAL GUESTS ALLOWED DURING YOUR APPOINTMENTS
Our goal is to always provide a peaceful, loving environment, so please adhere to the no children or additional guests guidelines, as we must strictly enforce this to ensure the tranquility of our boutique spa space for all guests receiving services. Clients not adhering to this request will forfeit their booking fee and will not be serviced. No exceptions.
